Simply Solar built two Scheffler Reflectors of 10m² each within an ICDD funded project of Dr Anjum Munir, professor at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. One reflector is used for research in solar distillation. So far Eucalyptus, Citrus peels, Peppermint and Rose are being distilled.
The second reflector is applied for research in the fields of food processing and agricultural processing.
Master students are conducting studies on roasting, milk pasteurization, steam receivers.
